Located in Finistère, in the Leon countryside, on the heights of Sainte-Sève, 4km (2,5 miles) from the Morlaix center, and 15 minutes from the nearby beaches, you will be enjoying a place steeped in history. Ennobled in 1429, under Duke John Vth, the manor is to this day, one of the best preserved* in the Pays de Morlaix and its surroundings.
We will have the pleasure of welcoming you in an independent, non-smoking 120m² (1292 sqft) space, located in the east wing of the mansion, adjacent to the owners. The philosophy and atmosphere of the Manor is based on rest, well-being, and serenity and is undoubtedly nature oriented.
The maximum capacity is 4 persons. Unfortunately, indoor and outdoor locations are not suitable for small children as well as people with mobility difficulties.
Pets are not accepted.
A welcome booklet will be available to you upon arrival, where you will find all practical information for your stay. We remain available to advise you and assist you in the choice of restaurants, activities or remarkable sightseeing in the area.

We loved our stay in this beautifully restored manoir in the countryside a few miles outside Morlaix. Our hosts, Olivier, Eric and Edmond the dog, couldn’t have been more welcoming in their introduction to the house and stunning Dutch/English garden planted with tulips and David Austin roses. The attention to detail throughout the house made our stay relaxing and luxurious. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable! Throughout our stay Eric and Olivier were friendly and solicitous with recommendations of places to eat or to visit in the area. We would certainly rebook this fab place.

I would highly recommend a stay at the Gite au Manoir du Plessis-Quinquis. The gite is set in a beautiful and peaceful garden and has its own outdoor space for dining and a separate secluded, quiet nook, to relax in. The lounge and bedrooms are lovely and comfortable and stylishly decorated. There is a modern well kitted out kitchen and dining space with views out into the garden. The hosts, went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

AUGUST 2025

Our stay at the Gite au Manoir du Plessis-Quinquis exceeded expectations in every way. Our hosts were delightful and could not do enough for us. We fell in love with the whole setting and the wonderful garden, still evolving. The cottage was extremely comfortable, beautifully furnished throughout, with bold colour and attractive objets d’art. Their recommendations for cultural, gastronomic and scenic visits were much appreciated by us and our 10 days passed in a flash. We would thoroughly recommend the “Manoir” in this tiny hamlet to anyone who appreciates serenity and comfort.

I spent a lovely week here wih my mom. We were only booked in for 6 nights but enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. The gite is very comfortable and the garden, created by Olivier, provides a beautiful setting. Eric and Olivier were friendly and helpful hosts which added to the enjoyment of our stay. There is a lot to do in the area and a week was not long enough. We highly recommend staying here.
